Most importantly, I love bringing it all together in home educating my own six children. We have been on this adventure of learning together for 20 wonderful years. Teaching my own children ignites my love of learning and fuels my passion and drive to be the best version of myself.

I’m extremely interested in people, in their lives and stories, thoughts and opinions. I love nothing more than to sit with a teapot, a cup and saucer and a willing participant to talk about the world. Teaching English allows me to do this while empowering people with the words, phrases and grammar to effectively communicate their ideas.

We have had the pleasure of welcoming immersion students into our family, and I consider myself privileged to be the English mama of so many wonderful humans! We are a genuinely open hearted family, who gladly receive friends into our warm home to cosy up on the sofa, adventure through books, wrap up warm and walk the English countryside, bake traditional English goodies, celebrate poetry, debate philosophy, light candles, pray and reflect.

I created The English Advantage to welcome your child into our home, to nurture them through a Christian way of life, and empower them by providing language and cultural studies.

Meet The Family

Ben Frost

Father, Husband, Hero
Are there any other words? Ben is the rock of the family. Calm and patient he rides any day with peace. He loves to exercise especially running and hiking.

Elouise Frost

Elouise is a fun loving, sociable young adult. Her first love is music, especially singing! She is currently studying music performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She finds joy in every situation and laughs her (very loud) laugh at any given opportunity.

Cohen Frost

Cohen is always up for a DEEP and MEANINGFUL conversation, but don't let that fool you that he is serious. He's just as likely to prank you! He enjoys sport, especially rugby and golf.

Annabelle Frost

Annie is full of life! She started walking (running!) at only 8 months and has not stopped since. She loves any form of exercise, especially netball. She thoroughly enjoys a board game, and socialising.

Lily-Mae Frost

Lily is very creative, she loves art, fashion, sewing, singing and baking. She is considerate and kind, usually putting other people before herself. She also enjoys netball and socialising.

Felicity Frost

If you can't find Felicity go and check the garden! Felicity spends 90% of her free time outside. She enjoys nature, animals, reptiles and insects and even has her very own bearded dragon. Content to spend hours in her own company, she loves thinking and playing. She enjoys playing the flute and being a member of a band. She also plays netball and enjoys running, and roller skating. She enjoys creative writing, adores adventures and hiking -she plans to travel the world!

Maria Frost

Maria is very keen on sport! She loves moving, and she loves competition. She also plays netball and enjoys running, and roller skating. Maria plays the piano. She is very sociable and loves having someone to play with (any age will do!).

Lila

Bearded dragon extraordinaire! Lila is the youngest member of the family. She loves to watch the family at mealtimes and is always delighted when its time to come out of her cage for some cuddles. She loves to explore, and is very curious.
